Mission

The mission of the Office of Science Education Opportunities is to develop and mobilize OHSU's unique resources to increase science literacy throughout the region. The Office accomplishes this goal by:

• Providing direct services to classroom teachers and students
• Developing OHSU faculty, students and staff to be better teachers, mentors, and translators of science
• Providing general scientific education to the public
• Developing OHSU's infrastructure to support Science Education
